Repair Shipping instructions
You must first call the Repair Center at: 415-437-3264 in order to receive your repair confirmation code. All repairs sent without a confirmation code will not be accepted for delivery.
Ship via insured and certified mail.
If your watch is under warranty please include a copy of your invoice and warranty for verification.
Include a note with description of complications/instructions, your contact information and the address you'd like your watch returned to.
